Jacob's Grandma, Mrs Ingram, came to talk to us about her hobby of beekeeping. We enjoyed using the 'smoker' for making the bees drowsy, dressing up in the protective suit and tasting the honey her bees had made. We learnt about how far bees travel to collect pollen and how honey is made. We asked lots of great questions to find out more!
